All international orders will take 1-4 weeks to get to you. Please allow a few extra days for your parcel to get to you. If you need our products for an upcoming event, we advise that you place an order ahead of time and/or pay for express shipping.
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside of Australia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email provided when completing your purchase. This will contain your tracking numbers/ links to track your order(s).
Authority to leave:
If you select “authority to leave” as a preference, please be aware that this is not a safe and guaranteed option. When selection this option, you are giving Australia Post the authority to leave your parcel outside and unattended. If your item goes missing or is stolen, Meza Beauty Bar will not be responsible for any outcomes. Please choose this option at your discretion.
If you'd like your order to require a signature upon delivery please leave us a note. This option will cost an additional $3.
Return and refund policy.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We currently do not offer any exchanges as all sales are final unless item was received faulty. Once item has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If a faulty item is received, you have 5 business days to report the issue and receive a replacement. Please send us a photo/ evidence of the items received. Shipping fees are not reimbursed when refunds are issued.
All lashes are handmade; therefore, each pair may slightly differ in appearance. However, this does not equate to a pair being faulty.
